Heavy-Gauge Steel Plate (Q235)
Precision stamped from 1.5mm - 2.0mm thick carbon steel plate. The V-channel design adds structural rigidity, making the spikes impossible to bend by hand.
Hot Dip Galvanization (ISO 1461)
The strips are galvanized after stamping. This ensures that the sharp edges and punched holes are fully coated with zinc, preventing rust starting from the cuts.
Chemical Pre-treatment
An acid-etching process cleans the galvanized surface and creates a microscopic texture, ensuring the powder coating bonds tightly to the sharp geometries.
Weather-Resistant Topcoat
Finished with AkzoNobel outdoor powder. Provides high visibility (for deterrents) or stealth blending, with superior resistance to UV degradation.
