Barbed wire topping
The industry standard for reliable perimeter protection. Our Barbed Wire features a robust double-strand twist design manufactured from premium hot-dipped galvanized or PVC-coated steel. Engineered for exceptional rust resistance, it serves as a durable, cost-effective deterrent for livestock containment, industrial sites, and high-security borders.
Product Overview
Barbed Wire is a classic and highly effective fencing solution widely used for border security, livestock containment, and property protection. It consists of two longitudinal wires twisted together to form a strong cable, with sharp wire barbs spaced at regular intervals.
Our barbed wire is manufactured from high-quality hot-dipped galvanized steel or PVC-coated wire, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to rust and corrosion in harsh outdoor environments. Whether used on its own or as an added security layer atop chain link or field fences, it provides a reliable and cost-effective physical barrier for agriculture, industrial sites, and high-security zones.
Key Engineering Features
Cost-Effective & Economical
Barbed wire is one of the most affordable fencing options for securing vast areas. It requires minimal materials and labor compared to solid panel or mesh fences, making it ideal for large-scale agricultural and industrial use.
Powerful Physical & Psychological Deterrent
The sharp barbs provide an immediate physical barrier that prevents livestock from leaning on fences and deters unauthorized intruders. The intimidating appearance creates a strong psychological deterrent to keep properties
Exceptional Durability & Weather Resistance
Made from high-quality hot-dipped galvanized steel or PVC-coated wire, it is highly resistant to rust, corrosion, and extreme weather conditions, ensuring a long service life of 10-15 years or more.
High Versatility & Adaptability
It can be used as a standalone fence or installed on top of existing chain link, field, or welded wire fences for added security. It is easily installed on timber, steel, or concrete posts across various terrains.
Material & Coating Technology
Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.
High Tensile Steel Core
12.5 gauge high-tensile steel wire (approx. 2.5mm). Designed to maintain high tension without stretching or sagging over long distances.
Class 3 Galvanization (ASTM A121)
Heavy-duty hot-dipped zinc coating (min. 245g/m²). Meets ASTM A121 standards, providing superior rust resistance compared to standard commercial coatings.
4-Point Barb Lock
Sharp barbs are twisted tightly around both line wires in a "locking" pattern. This prevents the barbs from sliding along the wire or falling off.
Reverse Twist Technology
Alternating twists in the two-strand cable prevent the wire from springing back during installation (unrolling), making it easier and safer to handle.

Components & Accessories
Complete bill of materials ready for turnkey orders.
Main Strands / Line Wires
Usually two wires twisted together (double strand) to provide the tensile strength of the fence.
Barbs
The sharp points made of short wire segments wrapped around the main strands.
T-Posts / Y-Posts
Durable steel posts used to support the wire strands. They usually feature pre-punched holes or notches for easy wire attachment.
Timber Posts
Often used in agricultural fencing for a more natural look and cost savings.
Strainer / Tensioner
Used to pull the barbed wire taut and prevent sagging over time.
U-Staples
Used to secure the wire to timber posts.
Tie Wire
Thinner galvanized wire used to lash the barbed wire to steel posts.
Post Caps / Brackets
Specifically used when adding barbed wire to the top of other fences (like chain link fences).
Fencing Pliers
Multi-purpose tools for cutting, twisting, and crimping wire.
Dispenser / Wire Jenny
Helps unroll the wire smoothly without tangling or injury.
Heavy-duty Gloves
Thick leather gloves essential for protecting hands from sharp barbs during installation.
