Unlike standard painted steel, this series undergoes a rigorous process: Hot-dip galvanizing (Zinc layer) + Chrome-free passivation + Polyester powder coating. This triple-layer defense ensures the steel remains rust-free and weather-resistant for years.
Robust Steel Construction
The use of sturdy steel profiles (such as 70x20mm or 20x20mm box sections) provides superior physical strength and stability compared to lighter materials, making it a reliable physical barrier.

Galvanized Steel Profile(Q235)
High-strength Q235 carbon steel square tubes. Provides robust structural integrity and impact resistance, far superior to standard wire mesh.
Zinc Coating (Inside & Out)
Continuous hot-dipped zinc layer applied to both inner and outer surfaces of the tube, preventing rust from starting inside the hollow profile.
Conversion Coating
Multi-stage pre-treatment that removes impurities and creates a strong bonding layer, ensuring the powder coating will not peel or blister.
AkzoNobel Powder Topcoat
Finished with premium AkzoNobel polyester powder. Features a sleek, modern look with exceptional resistance to UV fading and harsh weather.
