Chainlink court fencing
The professional choice for sports perimeter security. Our Chain Link Tennis Court Fencing features a flexible diamond-mesh structure designed to absorb high-impact ball contact without deforming. Manufactured with heavy-duty PVC coated galvanized steel (typically in Forest Green or Black), it offers superior rust resistance and a smooth, safe finish for athletes in tennis courts and multi-purpose facilities.
Product Overview
Our Chain Link Tennis Court Fencing is the professional choice for sports perimeter security. Specifically designed to withstand high-impact ball contact, the flexible diamond-mesh structure absorbs energy without deforming.
Manufactured with high-quality galvanized steel and an optional heavy-duty PVC coating (typically in forest green or black), our fencing provides superior rust resistance and blends seamlessly with outdoor environments. With its smooth finish to prevent athlete injury and high-visibility design, it is the ideal solution for tennis courts, basketball courts, school playgrounds, and multi-purpose sports facilities.
Key Engineering Features
High Impact Resistance & Elasticity
The diamond-shaped mesh is a flexible structure that effectively absorbs the kinetic energy of high-speed tennis balls or basketballs. It "gives" on impact and springs back to its original shape without permanent deformation.
Athlete Safety (Anti-Injury Design)
With a smooth PVC-coated surface and "knuckled" (bent-back) edges, our fencing eliminates sharp points. This minimizes the risk of scratches or injuries if a player accidentally collides with the fence during intense play.
Superior Corrosion Resistance & Longevity
The double-layer protection—hot-dipped galvanizing plus a UV-stabilized PVC coating—provides a lifespan of 15+ years. It is specifically engineered to resist rust, peeling, and fading in harsh outdoor environments and humid climates.
High Visibility & Ventilation
The slim wire profile and open mesh design provide an unobstructed view for spectators and cameras. Additionally, it allows natural airflow through the court, reducing wind resistance on the structure and keeping the playing area cool.
Material & Coating Technology
Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.
Galvanized Steel Core
The base wire is hot-dip galvanized before coating. This provides a second line of defense against rust if the outer vinyl layer is ever compromised.
Fused & Bonded PVC (Class 2b)
Unlike cheap extruded coatings, our vinyl is thermally bonded to the core wire. It will not peel, crack, or strip even under high-velocity ball impact.
Dynamic Shock Absorption
The woven diamond mesh acts as a flexible net, distributing impact energy across the fence line to prevent permanent deformation or "bagging".
Knuckle-Knuckle Selvage
Top and bottom wire ends are knuckled (bent over) to eliminate sharp edges, ensuring safety for players who may crash into the fence.

Line Posts
Smaller diameter posts placed at intervals (e.g., every 3m) to support the mesh.
Terminal Posts
Heavier posts used at corners, ends, or gates to provide tension.
Top/Middle/Bottom Rails
Horizontal pipes that run through the mesh to provide structural rigidity and prevent sagging.
Tension Bars
Vertical flat bars threaded through the mesh and secured to terminal posts.
Tension Bands
Used to attach the tension bars and mesh to the terminal posts.
Brace Bands
Used to secure the horizontal rails to the posts.
Rail Ends
Aluminum or steel caps that connect the rail pipes to the brace bands.
Post Caps
Placed on top of posts to keep out rain and provide a finished look.
Tie Wires
Pre-cut aluminum or PVC-coated wires used to fasten the mesh to the rails and line posts.
Tension Wire
A heavy-duty wire used at the bottom (if no bottom rail) to keep the mesh taut.
