Product Overview

Crowd Control Barriers (also known as Event Barricades) are the premier choice for ensuring public safety and managing foot traffic at large-scale events, construction sites, and public venues. Engineered for rapid deployment, our barriers feature a robust fully welded steel frame and an interlocking hook-and-eye system that creates a continuous, unbreakable security line.

Each barrier is hot-dipped galvanized after welding to provide ultimate protection against corrosion, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use in any weather. With multiple base optionsincluding flat feet for pedestrian safety and bridge feet for uneven terrainour barricades offer superior stability without sacrificing the ease of storage and transport.

Key Engineering Features

Superior Durability: Hot-Dipped Galvanized After Welding

Unlike pre-galvanized alternatives, our barriers are fully submerged in a molten zinc bath after fabrication. This ensures that every weld point and the interior of the tubes are fully sealed against rust, extending the service life to over 10 years in outdoor environments.

High-Stability Interlocking System

Our barriers feature a heavy-duty "Hook and Eye" system. Once interlocked, the barriers create a continuous chain that cannot be easily breached or disconnected by crowds. The hooks are designed with a specific angle to prevent accidental detachment.

Safety-First Engineering (Anti-Trip & Anti-Injury)

We offer specialized Flat Feet to minimize tripping hazards in high-traffic pedestrian areas. Additionally, all frame corners are smoothly curved, and weld spatters are removed to prevent injuries to the public or staff during manual handling.

Efficient Logistics & Storage (Removable Feet)

The removable base design allows the panels to be stacked flat. This maximizes container space—allowing up to 600 panels in a 40HQ—and saves significant warehouse space for rental companies during the off-season.

Material & Coating Technology

Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.

Carbon Steel Tube Frame (Q235)

Frame manufactured from OD 32mm/38mm steel tubes with 1.5mm - 2.0mm wall thickness. Provides high resistance to bending and crowd pressure.

HDG After Welding (ISO 1461)

The entire barrier is dipped in molten zinc after fabrication. This coats both the inside and outside of the tubes and fully seals the weld joints against rust.

360° Full Welding

All joints are hand-welded 360° around the tube (not spot welded or crimped). This ensures the frame won't snap under impact or during transport.

Interlocking Hook Design

Features strong steel hooks and loops designed to create a positive lock. Barriers cannot be removed from the middle of the line once deployed.

Components & Accessories

System Parts

The Frame

Usually made from a single length of steel tube bent into shape with rounded corners to prevent injuries.

Infill Pickets

The vertical bars welded inside the frame. The spacing is typically 100mm to meet child-safety standards.

Hooks and Eyes

Integrated male and female connectors welded to the sides of the frame.

Anti-Detach Hook

Our hooks are angled so barriers cannot be disconnected once they are linked in a line, unless lifted individually.

Flat Feet

Laser-cut steel plates, ideal for hard surfaces and high-pedestrian traffic to prevent tripping.

Bridge Feet

Arched design for maximum stability on uneven ground like grass or dirt.

Fixed Feet

Welded directly to the frame (less common for export due to higher shipping costs).

Base Bolts & Nuts

Used to secure the removable feet to the panel. We use galvanized hardware to prevent rust.

Locking Pins

Optional pins to double-lock the interlocking hooks for high-security events.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. Pre-galvanized tubes are only coated on the outside, and the weld spots are left unprotected. Our Hot-Dipped Galvanizing after welding ensures the entire barrier, including all weld joints and the inside of the tubes, is sealed with zinc. This prevents rust "bleeding" from the joints and extends the lifespan to over 10 years.
