Product Overview
Double wire fence, also known as twin wire fence, is a kind of specially designed welded wire fence with double horizontal wires welded to single vertical wire.
Its unique structure makes it stronger and more durable than single wire fence. Our double wire fence is made of high quality carbon steel wires with a diameter of 6/5/6 mm or 8/6/8 mm. Typically, our double wire fence cannot come with folds because of its vertical wire is too strong for bending. Besides, galvanized or powder coating treatment gives the double wire fence excellent corrosion and rust resistance performance and a long service life. Double wire fence is very popular in European markets and is widely used in various residential, commercial and industrial applications, including but not limited to, playgrounds, schools,communities, gardens, parks, etc.

Twin-Wire Welding Technology
Two horizontal wires are resistance welded to a single vertical wire. This "sandwich" structure creates a flat panel capable of withstanding repeated ball impacts without deforming.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Core
The welded mesh undergoes hot-dip galvanization (min 60g/m²) to ensure every weld point is sealed against rust before the powder coating process.
Safety Powder Coating
The finished surface is smooth and flat with no sharp edges (unlike folded mesh), making it safe for playgrounds while resisting UV fading.
