Product Overview

Our horse stable systems are designed to provide a safe, durable, and comfortable environment for horses in farms, ranches, riding clubs, and equestrian training facilities. Each stable is built with high-strength galvanized steel frames and premium wood or composite infill panels, ensuring excellent impact resistance, long service life, and superior animal safety.

The modular design allows flexible configurationincluding sliding doors, swing doors, feeding windows, partitions, and ventilation panelsmaking it easy to adapt to different barn layouts and management needs. With smooth edges, anti-chew finishes, corrosion-resistant coatings, and horse-friendly spacing, our stables deliver optimal welfare while reducing maintenance costs.

Whether for professional equestrian centers or private horse owners, our stable systems offer a perfect balance of strength, safety, functionality, and visual appeal.

Key Engineering Features

Superior Safety & Smooth Finish

All steel frames undergo meticulous grinding and deburring. There are no sharp edges or protrusions, ensuring that horses are protected from cuts or injuries even if they bump against the stall.

High-Durability Materials (Anti-Corrosion)

We use heavy-duty hot-dipped galvanized steel with an optional premium powder coating. This double protection ensures the stable remains rust-free and withstands the ammonia from horse waste for decades.

Impact-Resistant Infill Planks (Bamboo/Pine)

Our infill planks (such as high-density bamboo) are exceptionally hard and resilient. They are designed to withstand the powerful kicks of a horse without splintering or cracking, ensuring a long service life.

Optimized Ventilation & Social Design

The strategic spacing of the top grills ensures maximum airflow, which is critical for the horse’s respiratory health. The open-top or low-front designs allow horses to see each other and interact, reducing stress and boredom

Material & Coating Technology

Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.

Heavy-Duty Steel Frame (RHS)

Constructed from 50x50mm or 50x100mm heavy-gauge steel profiles (Q235). Engineered to withstand high-impact kicks and structural stress from large animals.

Hot Dip Galvanization (ISO 1461)

The entire frame is immersed in molten zinc after fabrication, coating both inside and out. This is the only effective defense against the highly corrosive ammonia in horse manure.

Infill Panels (Bamboo / HDPE)

High-density carbonized bamboo (32mm/38mm) offers hardness superior to oak. Alternatively, recycled HDPE profiles provide a maintenance-free, waterproof, and bacteria-resistant solution.

Safety Finish & Powder Coat

All welds are ground flush to prevent injury. Optional AkzoNobel powder coating adds a premium decorative look (e.g., Matte Black) over the galvanized base.

System Parts

Front Panel / Stall Front

The most visible part, including the door and grills. It can be sliding, swinging, or European-style curved.

Side Partition

The panels between two stalls. Usually solid at the bottom (to prevent kicking) and grilled at the top (for social interaction and airflow).

Back Wall

Usually a solid panel if the stall is placed against a building wall.

Bamboo / Timber Planks

High-density bamboo or tongue-and-groove pine/larch planks that slot into the steel frames.

Steel Grills/Bars

Circular or square tubes at the top of the panels to provide visibility and airflow.

Spring Latches / Finger Latches

"Horse-proof" locking systems designed to be easily operated by humans but impossible for horses to open with their teeth.

Heavy-duty Hinges / Rolling Tracks

High-quality hardware for smooth door operation and long-term durability.

Swivel Feeder

A built-in unit that allows staff to feed the horse from the aisle without entering the stall.

Automatic Waterer

Usually made of stainless steel or cast iron, providing constant fresh water.

Hay Rack

Corner or wall-mounted racks to keep hay off the ground and reduce waste.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bamboo is currently the most popular choice due to its high density, strength (twice as hard as oak), and aesthetic appeal. Pine and Larch are also excellent, more budget-friendly options, especially when pressure-treated for rot resistance.
