Product Overview
Roll top fence, also known as BRC fence, is a kind of specially designed welded wire mesh fence with unique top and bottom "rolled" edges.
It is manufactured from high tensile steel wires that are welded together and bent to form a triangular roll top surface at its top and bottom to provide a firm structure and accurate mesh openings.
Its rolled edges not only offer an authentic user-friendly surface, but also give maximum rigidity and excellent visibility.
Currently, it is very popular among Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia regions and is mainly used as security fence or barriers in, including but not limited to, parks, schools, playgrounds, factories, parking lots, residential communities, etc.

High Tensile Steel Wire
Drawn from premium carbon steel to achieve a minimum tensile strength of 500-550 MPa, providing the necessary rigidity for the large-radius top and bottom curves.
Cold-Formed Triangular Beams
The top and bottom of the panel are precision-bent into triangular rolled edges. This geometric reinforcement maximizes longitudinal stiffness without adding dead weight.
Zinc Layer (Heavy Duty)
Hot-dipped galvanized core with a standard coating of up to 275g/m² (BS EN 10244-2). Every weld point is fully encapsulated to prevent moisture penetration.
Architectural Polymer Coating
AkzoNobel or DuPont powder finish (min 100 microns). The smooth, rounded surface ensures even powder distribution, preventing edge corrosion common in sharp-edged fences.
