Product Overview

Make the most of every inch of your property with our Residential Sliding Gate. Perfect for short driveways or sloping ground, the sliding gate retracts neatly behind your boundary wall, leaving your entire driveway free for parking. Unlike swing gates that require a large "clear zone," our sliding system allows you to park right up to the gate line. It is the smartest choice for homeowners who value both security and space efficiency.

Why Youll Love It:

More Parking: Eliminates the "swing arc," letting you park multiple cars easily.

High Security: When locked, the gate is held by the motor and structural posts, making it extremely difficult to force open.

Cost-Effective: The classic track design is robust, reliable, and more affordable than cantilever systems.

Wind Resistant: Slides sideways, cutting through wind rather than fighting against it.

Key Engineering Features

Maximizes Driveway Parking

Eliminates the "Swing Arc." You can park your car inches away from the gate.

Superior Wind Resistance

The most reliable gate type for windy coastal or storm-prone areas.

High Security & Anti-Ramming

Structurally harder to force open than a swing gate.

Solves the "Uphill Driveway" Problem

Works perfectly on driveways that slope upwards towards the house.

Material & Coating Technology

Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.

Galvanized RHS Steel Frame

Precision-welded from high-quality galvanized steel sections to create a warp-resistant structure that maintains perfect alignment over decades of use.

Whisper-Quiet Rollers

Equipped with premium sealed-bearing wheels designed to minimize rolling friction and eliminate the squeaking noise often associated with traditional iron gates.

Steel-Reinforced Nylon Rack

The drive system utilizes a specialized nylon gear rack with a solid steel core, delivering the torque of industrial steel while ensuring a smooth, quiet glide.

Architectural Powder Coat

Applied electrostatically and cured at high heat, our premium topcoat provides a maintenance-free finish that protects the steel from rain, salt, and UV rays.

Silent Glide Technology

Engineered for Smooth Residential Access

System Parts

Bottom Rail

Heavy-duty profile (e.g., 100x50mm). This is the "spine" of the gate that holds the wheels.

Motor Tail / Extension

The gate frame must be 300mm – 500mm longer than the driveway opening.

Infill

Aluminum slats, louvers, or laser-cut screens riveted inside the frame.

Gate Wheels

Usually φ 90mm or φ 100mm steel or polymer wheels with Double Sealed Bearings.Must match the track (V-Groove or U-Groove).

Bolt-Down Track

Galvanized steel bar with a V-profile, bolted onto an existing concrete driveway.

Cast-In Track

A track with "legs" buried into wet concrete (stronger, cleaner look).

Upper Guide Bracket

A bracket mounted on the support post/wall containing 2 or 4 Nylon Rollers. It sandwiches the top rail of the gate, allowing it to slide back and forth while keeping it perfectly vertical.

Receiving Post / Keeper

A U-shaped channel installed on the closing side wall/post.When the gate closes, it slides into this channel. This prevents the gate from being pushed over or pried open sideways.

Gate Stops

Bolted to the ground at the Full Open and Full Close positions to physically stop the gate from running off the track.

Sliding Gate Opener

Typically 24V DC for residential use. Contains a cog (pinion gear) that spins to move the gate.

Nylon Polymer Rack

Steel core wrapped in heavy-duty nylon.

Steel Rack

Used only for super-heavy industrial gates.

Photocells

Safety sensors mounted on the posts. If a car breaks the beam, the gate reverses.

Remote Controls

Usually 2-4 keyfobs included.

Wireless Keypad

Mounted outside the gate for visitors or kids coming home from school (PIN code access).

WiFi Module

USB stick or wired module allowing App control.

Frequently Asked Questions

You need the Full Driveway Width + approx. 400-500mm. Why? The gate is longer than the hole it covers. It has a "tail" that stays engaged with the motor gear and guide rollers even when closed. If your driveway is 4.0m wide, you need at least 4.5m of clear fence/wall space for the gate to slide into.
