Key Engineering Features

The "Grand Entrance" Aesthetic

Swing gates provide the most traditional and prestigious "welcoming" motion.Unlike a sliding gate which looks more utilitarian or industrial, a double swing gate opens like a pair of welcoming arms. This significantly enhances the Curb Appeal of a luxury home.

Silent Operation

The operation is virtually silent, as there are no wheels rolling over a ground track.Ideally suited for quiet residential neighborhoods. You won't hear the "clunk-click" noise of wheels rolling over pavement joints that you get with sliding gates.

Cost-Effective Simplicity

For standard driveway widths (3m–5m), swing gates are often the most affordable automated solution. The mechanism is simple (Hinges + Motors). It requires less concrete work than a sliding gate (no ground beam needed) and less complex hardware than a bi-fold gate.

Low Maintenance

Unaffected by debris on the driveway.Because the gate hangs above the ground, it is not affected by leaves, stones, dirt, or snow piling up on the driveway. A sliding gate's track must be cleaned regularly to prevent jamming.

Material & Coating Technology

Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.

Reinforced Aluminum / Steel Frame

Constructed with extra-thick wall profiles and reinforced gussets to eliminate the risk of gate sagging, creating a rigid structure ideal for automation.

3D Adjustable Bearing Hinges

Engineered for smooth operation, these high-performance hinges allow for micro-adjustments in all directions, ensuring the gate leaves meet perfectly in the center every time.

CNC Laser-Cut & Slat Infills

Whether you prefer the sleek look of horizontal slats or the artistic flair of laser-cut patterns, our precision manufacturing ensures clean edges and a premium aesthetic.

Marine-Grade Powder Coat

Applied electrostatically and cured at high temperatures, our premium finish creates a hard, protective shell that locks out moisture and retains its color vibrancy for years.

System Parts

Gate Posts

Usually 100x100mm Aluminum or Steel.Anchored into concrete footings. They support the hinges. Note: If you have existing brick or stone pillars, the gate can be mounted directly to them using "Wall Brackets" instead of posts.

Gate Leaf

Frame: Typically a 50x50mm or 100x50mm Aluminum outer frame. Infill: The decorative part. Slats: Horizontal bars (Modern look). Louvers: Angled slats (Privacy). Laser Cut Panel: Artistic designs.

Adjustable Hinges

Allow the gate to swing. "Adjustable" means you can tweak the gate alignment with a wrench if the post moves slightly over time.

Center Stop

A small rubber block screwed into the center of the driveway. The gates rest against this when closed to stay aligned.

Linear Screw

The most popular residential choice. A sleek arm attached to the back of the gate.

Articulated Arm

Looks like an elbow. Used when mounting on wide brick pillars.

Underground

Buried in a steel box under the hinge. Invisible but expensive.

Control Box

The "Brain." Contains the transformer (220Vto 24V), radio receiver, and logic board.

Battery Backup

Two small 12V batteries inside the control box.Lets you open the gate during a power outage without getting out of the car.

Electric Drop Bolt

A motorized rod that shoots down into the driveway when the gate closes.Essential for double gates. Without it, a strong wind can force the two leaves open, damaging the motors.

Magnetic Lock

An electromagnet that holds the leaves together.

Photocells / Safety Beams

One pair mounted on the pillars approx. 50cm from the ground. If a car breaks the beam, the gate re-opens.

Flashing Light

An LED light on top of the pillar that flashes when the gate is moving.

Remote Control

Small keyfobs (usually 2 or 4 buttons).

Keypad / Intercom

Wireless keypad for guests/deliveries (PIN code). Video Intercom (e.g., Ring, Hikvision) to talk to visitors via phone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Generally No. A standard swing gate opens horizontally. If your driveway slopes up towards the house, the bottom of the gate will hit the ground. Solution: You can install "Rising Hinges" (which lift the gate as it opens), install the gate to open outwards (towards the street), or choose a Sliding Gate instead.
