Temporary site fencing
The definitive solution for rapid perimeter protection. Manufactured from high-tensile galvanized steel, our Temporary Fencing is engineered to withstand wind loads and harsh environments. Featuring a modular design with stable concrete or plastic bases, it ensures fully compliant, 24/7 security for construction sites and hazardous zones.
Product Overview
Our Temporary Site Fencing provides a rapid, secure, and cost-effective solution for perimeter protection at construction sites, public events, and industrial zones. Designed for quick deployment and easy relocation, these panels are manufactured from high-tensile galvanized steel to ensure maximum durability in harsh environments.
Featuring a modular design with stable concrete or recycled plastic bases, the system is engineered to withstand wind loads and prevent unauthorized access. Whether you need to secure a hazardous work area or manage large crowds, our fencing meets strict health and safety regulations, ensuring your site remains compliant and secure 24/7.
Key Engineering Features
Rapid Deployment & Tool-Free Assembly
The modular design allows two workers to set up hundreds of meters of fencing in a single afternoon. With simple interlocking clamps and drop-in bases, no specialized tools or excavation are required.
Exceptional Durability for High Turnover
Unlike lightweight alternatives, our panels feature 360° full hand-welding at every joint. This ensures the frame won't snap or bend during frequent loading, unloading, and site transitions, maximizing your Return on Investment (ROI).
High-Standard Corrosion Protection
Each panel is treated with high-grade Hot-Dipped Galvanizing (up to 42-84 microns). This provides a heavy-duty barrier against rust and salt spray, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use in coastal or high-humidity construction sites.
Superior Wind Resistance & Stability
Our systems are compatible with reinforced concrete-filled plastic feet and wind stays (braces). This ensures the fence remains upright and secure even when heavy privacy screening or branding banners are attached during high-wind conditions.
Material & Coating Technology
Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.
Carbon Steel Tube Frame (Q235)
Constructed from high-tensile OD 32mm / 40mm steel tubes. The robust frame ensures the panel remains rigid during transport and resists bending under wind loads.
360°Full Welding
Vertical tubes and horizontal frames are hand-welded 360° (not crimped). This prevents the frame from snapping or separating during rough handling and rapid deployment.
Hot Dipped Galvanized (42 Microns)
The entire panel is hot-dipped in zinc (min 300g/m²) according to AS 4687 / ISO 1461. This thick shield provides self-healing rust protection for years of rental use.
Anti-Climb Mesh Infill
The mesh features a narrow aperture (typically 60mm x 150mm) that makes it difficult to get a foothold, effectively deterring intruders from climbing over.
