Overview

This project is located in a tropical luxury villa community in Malaysia. The client required a fencing solution that balanced privacy, security, and aesthetics. Given the local "monsoon season" (high humidity and frequent rain, as shown in the site photos), the material required superior corrosion resistance and weatherability. The fence design features a semi-private bottom section with vertical slats and a decorative "X" lattice top, perfectly blending with the lush tropical landscaping and the modern architectural style of the villas.
