Located in the affluent Pangyo Techno Valley area, this project served a community of luxury townhouses. The client required a fencing system that balanced high-level privacy with modern architectural aesthetics. To avoid the oppressive feel of solid walls in a high-density area, the design incorporates a central perforated metal panel. This feature ensures privacy while adding visual depth and airflow. The matte dark grey finish is not only durable enough to withstand the changing Korean seasons but also provides a stunning contrast against the cherry blossoms in early spring. This installation significantly enhanced both the property value and the security of the residents.
