工业平移门是全球高安全设施周界防护的核心。其设计可跨越超宽开口 通常超过 20 米 且无下垂或结构不稳定风险，门体沿围栏线平行滑动。这种侧向运动无需预留大面积“摆动弧”，最大化可用车道空间，并允许车辆紧贴门线停放。
面向高频使用工况而工程化打造，兼具抗冲击与环境耐久性，我们的平移门有效连接了普通交通隔离与高安全加固防护之间的需求。
关键工程特性
安全几何结构
不同于依赖铰链的平开门，关闭状态下的平移门在接收立柱与主承重塔之间形成机械“锁定/夹持”。该结构对强行闯入或车辆冲撞具有更强抵抗力。
不可逆锁止
电机蜗轮蜗杆传动形成自锁效应。未使用专用解锁钥匙时，门体无法被人工推开。
零摆动半径
门体沿周界围栏平行滑动。车道/庭院内侧无需预留空间，车辆可直接紧贴门线停放。
超宽入口理想方案
对于超宽开口（10m–30m），平移门往往是唯一可行方案；平开门在此类跨度下易出现结构不稳定或受风损风险。
材料与涂层技术
从基材到面漆的工程化防腐保护。
加固钢结构框架
采用重载 Q235B 钢制空心型材加工，并配置内部交叉加劲。该刚性结构可防止下垂，并确保跨度可达 20 米的门体保持精确对中与定位。
AC/DC 工业驱动系统
配备高扭矩 AC 或 DC 无刷电机，适用于高强度使用。具备 soft-start/soft-stop 逻辑与热保护，确保 24/7 高频运行的一致性。
精密滚轮系统
配置重载密封滚珠轴承滚轮与高碳钢地轨（或悬臂系统）。实现低摩擦滑行与长期机械可靠性。
双层防腐屏障
所有部件先热浸镀锌，再喷涂建筑级聚酯粉末（min 100 microns）。形成海工级防护屏障，可有效抵御融雪盐与工业污染物侵蚀。

PORTABLE GATE PI 95
Intended use: The portable version of the PI 95 gate is a solution which makes it possible to build temporary fences for closing off entrances and access control. The gate is intended for fencing off construction sites or other areas requiring a fence due to security reasons.

Intended use: The WI 120 and WI 200 gates are perfect for all types of private and industrial business activity areas.

悬臂小车 / 滚轮组
关键部件：两套重载单元，每套配 4 或 8 只滚轮。通过锚栓固定在车道后方混凝土基础上。门体的 “C-profile” 梁在其上滚动运行。
导向滚轮 / 支架
安装在支撑立柱上的尼龙滚轮，用于保持门体垂直并防止倾倒。
对接位 / 接收器
安装在关闭侧立柱上的 U 形金属杯。门体关闭时末端滑入杯内实现定位锁止并校准对中。
限位挡块（End Stop）
在全开与全关位置安装橡胶缓冲块，当电控失效时可对门体进行物理限位。
平移门电机
工业级减速电机（AC 220V/380V）。 内置 Pinion Gear（小齿轮），旋转带动齿条实现门体移动。
齿条（Gear Rack）
带齿条形构件（Steel 或 Nylon），沿门体底部全长螺栓固定。电机齿轮与其啮合以推动门体。
限位开关（Limit Switch）
机械式：电机上的弹簧触杆撞击齿条上的金属片。 磁性式：齿条上的磁铁触发电机内传感器。 用于告知电机停止位置。
光电/红外传感器（Photocells / IR Sensors）
发射器与接收器对射安装于车道两侧。光束被遮断时，门体停止/反向。
安全触边（Safety Edges）
安装在门体前端鼻部与后端尾部的橡胶条。碰到障碍物时压缩并发送停止信号。
警示灯
橙色/红色 LED 闪烁警示灯，提示行人门体正在运动。
键盘 / 读卡器
通常安装在“Gooseneck”立柱上，便于驾驶员从车窗处操作。
