Industrial sliding gate
Maximum security, minimal footprint. Our Industrial Sliding Gate is the definitive solution for wide perimeter openings, capable of spanning over 20 meters with zero sagging. The lateral movement maximizes your driveway space, allowing vehicles to park adjacent to the gate without obstruction, making it the backbone of high-security fortifications worldwide.
Product Overview
The Industrial Sliding Gate is the backbone of perimeter security for high-security facilities worldwide. Designed to span wide openings—often exceeding 20 meters—without sagging or structural instability, these gates glide parallel to the fence line. This lateral movement eliminates the need for large "swing arcs," maximizing usable driveway space and allowing vehicles to park immediately adjacent to the gate.
Engineered for high duty cycles, impact resistance, and environmental durability, our sliding gates bridge the gap between simple traffic barriers and high-security fortifications.
Key Engineering Features
Secure Geometry
Unlike swing gates that rely on hinges, a closed sliding gate is mechanically "trapped" between the receiving post and the main support tower. This structure offers superior resistance to forced entry or vehicle ramming.
Irreversible Lock
The motor's worm-gear transmission creates a self-locking effect. The gate cannot be pushed open manually without the specific release key.
Zero Swing Radius
The gate glides parallel to the perimeter fence. It requires zero space inside the driveway/courtyard, allowing vehicles to park immediately adjacent to the gate line.
Ideal for Wide Entrances
It is the only practical solution for extremely wide openings (10m–30m) where swing gates would be structurally unstable or susceptible to wind damage.
Material & Coating Technology
Engineered corrosion protection from core to topcoat.
Reinforced Steel Frame
Fabricated from heavy-duty Q235B steel hollow sections with internal cross-bracing. This rigid structure prevents sagging and ensures precision alignment for gates spanning up to 20 meters.
AC/DC Industrial Drive
Powered by high-torque AC or DC brushless motors designed for intensive use. Features soft-start/soft-stop logic and thermal protection to ensure consistent 24/7 high-frequency operation.
Precision Roller System
Equipped with heavy-duty, sealed ball-bearing rollers and high-carbon steel ground tracks (or cantilever systems). Designed for low-friction gliding and long-term mechanical reliability.
Dual-Layer Corrosion Shield
Every component is hot-dip galvanized and then finished with architectural-grade polyester powder (min 100 microns). This provides a marine-grade barrier against road salt and industrial pollutants.
Heavy-Duty Kinetic Power
Engineered for 1.0M Maintenance-Free Cycles

SLIDING GATE PI 200
Intended use: PI 200 gates are perfect for all types of business activity. These gates are installed around industrial buildings, airports, ports, guarded car parks, as well as schools, kindergartens, shopping malls, etc. Sliding gates are also used on wide plots where the gate can slide along the fencing. The gates are also frequently used when the forecourt is short or if a hill prevents the use of double-leaf gates.
SLIDING GATE PI 130
Intended use: PI 130 gates are perfect for all types of business activity.
SLIDING GATE PI 95
Intended use: PI 95 gates are perfect for all types of business activity. These gates are installed around industrial buildings, airports, ports, guarded car parks, as well as schools, kin- dergartens, shopping malls, etc. Sliding gates are also used on wide plots where the gate can slide along the fencing. The gates are also frequently used when the forecourt is short or if a hill prevents the use of double-leaf gates.
PORTABLE GATE PI 95
Intended use: The portable version of the PI 95 gate is a solution which makes it possible to build temporary fences for closing off entrances and access control. The gate is intended for fencing off construction sites or other areas requiring a fence due to security reasons.
SLIDING GATE WI with running wheels
Intended use: The WI 120 and WI 200 gates are perfect for all types of private and industrial business activity areas.

Components & Accessories
Complete bill of materials ready for turnkey orders.
Main Frame
Usually made of Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) or Square Hollow Section (SHS) steel tubes (e.g., 100×100mm or 120× 60mm).
Cantilever Beam / Bottom Track
For Cantilever Gates: A specialized "C-profile" steel channel welded to the bottom of the gate. It houses the roller carriages. For Tracked Gates: A standard steel beam with wheels attached underneath.
Pickets
Vertical square bars for standard security.
Mesh
"358" anti-climb mesh for high security.
Palisade
Spear-tipped pales for maximum deterrence.
Cantilever Carriage / Roller Group
Critical Component: Two heavy-duty units with 4 or 8 wheels each. They are anchored to the concrete foundation behind the driveway. The gate's "C-profile" beam rolls over these.
Guide Rollers / Bracket
Nylon rollers mounted on the support post to keep the gate upright and prevent it from falling over.
Meeting Point / Receiver
A U-shaped metal cup on the closing post. When the gate closes, the end slides into this cup to lock it in place and align it.
End Stop
Rubber bumpers installed at the full-open and full-close positions to physically stop the gate if the electronics fail.
Sliding Gate Motor
An industrial gear motor (AC 220V/380V). Contains a Pinion Gear that spins to move the rack.
Gear Rack
A toothed bar (Steel or Nylon) bolted along the entire length of the gate bottom. The motor's gear meshes with this to push the gate.
Limit Switch
Mechanical: A spring wand on the motor hits a metal fin on the rack. Magnetic: A magnet on the rack triggers a sensor in the motor. Tells the motor when to stop.
Photocells / IR Sensors
Transmitter and Receiver mounted across the driveway. If the beam is broken, the gate stops/reverses.
Safety Edges
Rubber strips on the front nose and rear tail of the gate. If they hit something, they compress and send a stop signal.
Warning Lamp
Flashing Orange/Red LED light to warn pedestrians the gate is moving.
Keypad / Card Reader
Usually mounted on a "Gooseneck" stand for drivers to reach from the window.
